🌟 IndoNord’s First Bonfire Festival in Stavanger! 🌟 IndoNord had the joy of celebrating our first-ever Bonfire Festival in Stavanger, with around 100 attendees coming together for a vibrant and colorful event. 🎉 It was a beautiful gathering of all generations, providing a unique opportunity to share our traditions with children born in Norway. The event was filled with lively music, dance, and the magic of a bonfire set up outside in the snow! ❄️🔥 Singing, dancing, and celebrating together made it an unforgettable evening. A huge thank you to our IndoNord Stavanger team for creating such a fantastic concept! 👏 We hope this inspiring event encourages other parts of Norway to start similar celebrations in their communities. 🎉 IndoNord Senior Citizen Club of Asker – Wrapping Up 2024! 🎉 We held our final gathering of the year for the Senior Citizen Club in Asker, and it was a memorable event! We were honoured to have the Mayor of Asker, Ordføreren i Asker – Lene W. Conradi and her husband, Jokob Conradi, join us for this special occasion. Jokob treated us to an incredible performance of Elvis Presley’s timeless songs and shared fascinating insights into Elvis’s life. 🎤🎶 We ended the evening with a delicious dinner at Lille Haveli, enjoying great food and great company! 🍽️ A big thank you to Asker Kommune and the Mayor of Asker for supporting this wonderful activity, and to Jokob for his amazing performance. Under the new regulations, single parents over 60 would no longer be eligible for family reunification with their adult children in Norway, except in exceptional cases. In response, IndoNord plans to submit a petition to the Norwegian government. To discuss the implications and gather feedback, IndoNord invites all community members to an online meeting.
